Remediation Progress Remediation efforts continue diligently across all sections. Our commitment to maintaining safety while working efficiently to address the community's needs remains strong.

Trades Update

• Cobo: 6 completes, 2 repairs, 6 inspections
• AllPro:  1 completes, 3 repairs, 4 SM requests
• Bill’s Lock and Key: Expected to arrive in the community April 20th
• Indigenous Plumbing: 3 repairs, 2 installs

Workforce

• ServiceMaster:  92 workers
• Cobo: 2 workers
• AllPro: 9 workers
• Indigenous Plumbing: 3 workers
• Local liaison: Holly

Hazards 10 days of No incidents Reported.

Ongoing Work and Challenges. Efforts continue to address access issues and ensure that all homes receive necessary inspections and remediations. Some residents are still waiting for relocation, would not grant access for until then.
