Social Development

What we do

Cross Lake Band is one of the Independent Bands under the AFA Funding. Cross Lake Band has a population of 6,102 people. Monthly caseload is approximatley 900, which is handled by four full time employess. Cross Lake Band does computerized and manual reports, data input and processing.


Types of programs offered under the Social Services Program are: Basic Needs Special Needs Adult Care / In Home Care Work Opportunity Program (W.O.P.) Summer Student Employment Fuel Wood
